On 06.12.2019 Chamber of Commerce for Information and Communication Technologies – MASIT and State Dormitory “Skopje” – Skopje signed a Memorandum of Understanding in a period of three years in order to promote educational, research and application activities of the institutions, in favor of realizing the interests and needs of students staying at home.
The Memorandum covers issues of common interest based on the utilization of the scientific-professional, professional, material-technical and spatial conditions for the benefit of the students and is within the following activities:
– Enhancing students’ quality of life by investing in a better student standard.
– connecting the business community with current issues in the DSD Skopje work area and initiating donor procedures related to enriching cultural-entertainment, sports-recreational and other student activities.
– MASIT will provide support to DSD Skopje in terms of networking students through its digital literacy project activities, in order to fulfill the interests and needs of students studying abroad.
– support the organization of scientific meetings and work on opening up opportunities for joint projects.
The first major activity within this Memorandum of Understanding is a major donor action organized by MASIT and the members of the chamber through the New Year party, which is a donation of computer and office equipment to the student dormitory.
