The Law on Personal Data Protection entered into force on 25.2.2020, and through the manual the companies have the opportunity to get acquainted with the practical implementation of the obligations that are part of the Law on Personal Data Protection based on European practices. The law determines in which cases personal data can be processed and which principles must be observed in that process and also promotes the obligation of accountability, ie the obligation of companies to be able to prove their compliance with the law.
