Стопанската комора за информатички и комуникациски технологии МАСИТ и оваа година спроведе компаративна анализа на ИКТ-секторот во Македонија. Од спроведената анализа може да се заклучи дека оваа индустрија продолжува да се развива и покрај одредени структурни предизвици, што јасно се согледува преку споредбата на клучните економски индикатори за 2023 и 2024 година.
Бројот на компании во секторот бележи благ пад, но секторот расте по други основи
Во 2024 година, вкупниот број на активни компании во ИКТ- секторот изнесува 2.921, што претставува намалување од 5,5% во однос на 2023 година кога имало 3.091 компании. Овој пад може да се должи на процеси на консолидација, пазарна селекција, или зголемен притисок врз микро и мали ИКТ- компании. Сепак, оваа бројка не значи автоматски слабеење на секторот, земајќи ги предвид сите други параметри кои укажуваат на значителен раст.
Зголемување на вработеноста и повисоки приходи – знак на здрав сектор
Бројот на вработени во ИКТ-секторот во 2024 година достигна 23.948, што е раст од 10,7% во однос на 2023 година, кога во секторот работеа 21.640 лица. Овој податок укажува на зголемена побарувачка за ИКТ кадар, но и на проширување на капацитетите кај компаниите кои остануваат на пазарот.
Истовремено, приходите од работењето пораснале за 12,5%, односно од 1.470.463.270 евра во 2023 година на 1.654.830.301 евра во 2024 година. Овој значителен пораст укажува на силна динамика во побарувачката за ИКТ производи и услуги, како на домашниот, така и на странските пазари. И покрај намалениот број на компании, останатите пазарни учесници успеале да генерираат значително повисоки приходи, што сугерира консолидирање и раст на продуктивноста.
Раст на платите и на вкупните трошоци за човечки капитал
Во 2024 година, вкупниот износ за плати и надоместоци на плати во ИКТ-секторот изнесува 314,3 милиони евра, што претставува раст од 18% во однос на 2023 година, кога овој износ беше 266,8 милиони евра. Овој пораст укажува на неколку важни трендови: зголемена конкуренција помеѓу компаниите за квалификуван кадар, поголема финансиска стабилност на фирмите и веројатно проширување на тимовите. Инвестирањето во човечкиот капитал станува еден од клучните приоритети на ИКТ индустријата, која се соочува со континуиран недостиг на високообразувани кадри и специјализирани профили.
Паралелно со растот на платите, се зголемуваат и даночните трошоци поврзани со нив. Во 2023 година, компаниите во ИКТ-секторот платиле 28,8 милиони евра како трошоци за даноци на плати и надоместоци, додека во 2024 година таа бројка пораснала на 34,3 милиони евра – раст од 19%. Ова зголемување е очекувано и пропорционално со растот на вкупната маса на исплатени плати. Дополнително, покажува дека поголем број вработени се формално пријавени, што е индиректен показател за повисоко ниво на формализација и почитување на регулативите во секторот.
Овој раст е поддржан и со раст на придонесите за задолжително социјално осигурување од 16,9%. ИКТ секторот на овој начин станува и двигател на социјално одговорно делување во економијата.
Во 2024 година, трошоците за останати т.н. „нематеријални“ бенефиции за вработените – како што се бонуси, обуки, патувања, приватно здравствено осигурување или други облици на стимулации – изнесуваат 32 милиони евра. Во 2023 година, тие беа на ниво од 30,2 милиони евра, што значи пораст од 5,9%. Ова ни укажува на стабилен раст и на тоа дека компаниите вложуваат и во вработените надвор од класичните плати – со што создаваат услови за подобро задржување и мотивација на кадарот. Ваквите бенефиции често играат голема улога при избор на работодавач во висококонкурентниот ИКТ сектор.
Просечната месечна бруто плата во секторот е зголемена од 2.290 евра во 2023 година на 2.376 евра во 2024 година, што претставува раст од 3,6%. Иако процентуално овој раст е умерен, станува збор за плати кои се неколкукратно над просекот во националната економија, што ја позиционира ИКТ индустријата како најконкурентна во однос на компензацијата на човечкиот капитал.
Значително зголемување на профитабилноста и даночните обврски
Најзабележителен скок има кај данокот на добивка, кој пораснал за речиси 65%, од 20 милиони евра во 2023 година на 33 милиони евра во 2024 година. Овој податок сугерира дека компаниите не само што генерираат повеќе приходи, туку и работат со поголема профитабилност, што е позитивен индикатор за зрелост на пазарот.
Импресивен раст на извозот – ИКТ како движечка сила на економската интернационализација
Најсилниот позитивен сигнал доаѓа од извозот. Во 2024 година, ИКТ-секторот извезол услуги во вредност од 664 милиони евра, што претставува раст од 20% во однос на 2023 година, кога извозот изнесувал 553 милиони евра. Овој раст е доказ дека македонскиот ИКТ-сектор сè повеќе се позиционира на меѓународниот пазар, што му овозможува поголема отпорност и стабилност.
Година на квалитативен раст и стабилизација на ИКТ-секторот
И покрај намалениот број на компании, ИКТ-секторот во Македонија во 2024 година бележи значителен квалитативен и квантитативен раст. Расте бројот на вработени, платите, приходите, извозот и профитабилноста, што укажува на консолидација на пазарот и зајакнување на неговите носечки актери. Овие податоци се силен аргумент за потребата од континуирана поддршка на секторот преку политики за човечки капитал, интернационализација и иновации.
Раст и развој на ИКТ секторот во Македонија: 2020–2025
ИКТ-секторот во Македонија во изминатите пет години бележи конзистентен и стабилен раст по сите релевантни економски индикатори. Од 2020 до 2025 година, секторот се истакнува со значително зголемување по однос на сите наведени параметри во оваа анализа.
Овие резултати не само што рефлектираат здрава и одржлива експанзија, туку укажуваат и на созревање на ИКТ индустријата – како во делот на интерна организација и професионализација, така и во делот на нејзината конкурентност на домашниот и меѓународниот пазар.
Секторот демонстрира високо ниво на отпорност на надворешни економски влијанија и континуирана адаптибилност на глобалните трендови, што го позиционира како еден од најзначајните столбови на македонската економија. Податоците укажуваат дека ИКТ не е само придружен сегмент – туку стратешки двигател на раст, извоз и иновации.

Greater global breakthrough of the Macedonian ICT sector
MASIT at a meeting with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs The Chamber of Commerce for Information and Communication Technologies – MASIT is embarking on a new chapter and partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia. This partnership aims to provide more intensive and constructive support to the Macedonian ICT sector. The collaboration is focused on enhancing the international visibility of the domestic ICT sector, creating conditions for entering new export markets, and better positioning Macedonian companies in the global economy. Through joint activities, participation in major international fairs, conferences, and business forums, as well as by establishing new channels to connect with the Macedonian diaspora and foreign investors, the initiative is expected to create tangible opportunities for growth and development for MASIT member companies. Within the framework of this collaboration, plans include organizing business delegations and direct meetings with potential partners abroad, preparing modern promotional materials, as well as initiatives to establish representative offices of Macedonian ICT companies in strategic markets. Additionally, initiatives for knowledge and technology transfer will be developed to contribute to enhancing the capacities of domestic companies. Meeting with the Minister of Digital Transformation
Common Priorities Set The Board of Directors of MASIT held a productive meeting with the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mr. Stefan Andonovski. The meeting was an excellent opportunity to deepen the collaboration between the Ministry and the Chamber, as well as to align priorities and visions for the further development of the ICT sector in the country. Minister Andonovski extended his sincere congratulations to the newly elected members of the MASIT Board of Directors and the President, emphasizing the importance of continuity and the Chamber’s ongoing work as a relevant and active partner to institutions. “MASIT is a great friend of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and we will continue that way in the future,” stated the Minister, adding that joint activities will continue with increased intensity in areas such as digitalization, the economic potential of technology, modernization of public and private processes, development and application of artificial intelligence, and strengthening cybersecurity capacities. MASIT highlighted the key priorities of the new leadership – creating conditions for sustainable growth of the ICT industry, improving the business climate, boosting exports and internationalization of domestic ICT companies, and systemic support for digital skills and human capital. Both sides emphasized the importance of close and transparent communication, timely exchange of information, and the initiation of concrete measures and policies that will deliver real results for businesses, institutions, and citizens.
